Bartın Ulus Kültür ve Sanatevi Halk Kütüphanesi’nde Yenilikçi Hizmet Yaklaşımının Kullanıcı Memnuniyetine Etkisi
Abstract
In this study, satisfaction levels of the public library users are found out within the scope of “innovative service” and relation of “satisfaction-innovativeness” is evaluated. The population of the study is comprised of Bartın Ulus Culture and Arthouse Public Library users. Within the scope of the study, satisfaction questionnaire including three sections was applied to 185 persons, including 109 female and 76 male. As a result of the study, library users were found out to have high level of satisfaction about innovative service. Within this context, it was found out that Bartın Ulus Kültür ve Sanatevi Public Library innovative service approach positively affected the user satisfaction.
